Delivery Policy

Orders for e-tickets are processed and sent by email as soon as possible and in good time for your trip, although orders can be prioritised should your travel date be fast approaching.

Annual pass tickets are normally sent within 5-7 working days from placing the order. 

E-tickets once produced and created cannot be refunded or cancelled. The name of the visitor is embossed on the ticket so this leaves them useless for any other party. The names are there to prevent resale, however should your name be spelt incorrectly, this will not present a problem on entry.

Should you wish your e-tickets to be sent to an alternative email address or have a different name embossed them, please notify us at the time of order.

Should you be travelling with children that have a different surname to you, or if you are grandparents, we suggest taking a letter of consent from the parent and photoID linking the child to you.

Supertrips can not be held accountable for entry denial, due to this fact.

For any non named tickets which can be resold, these can be returned with 14 days of purchase and a refund will be processed minus a 10% handling fee and any postage fees. This applies whereby the tickets are valid, in a useable condition with at least 14 days in which they can be used. We will endeavor to send your tickets out to you as soon as we receive them from our suppliers and on a priority basis depending upon when you place your order. We ask you for a departure date on purchasing your tickets to make sure we send them to you before you leave for Paris. The typical time scale in which we send out postal orders is a 14 days, but if we have stock in already then this can be much sooner.
